  Karela Sabzi | Dry Bitter Gourd Curry Ingredients ▢ 2   tablespoons   oil ▢ 250   grams   karela or 5 small to mediums sized karela or 2 cups chopped karela  (bitter gourd) ▢ 200  grams   onions or 2 large onions or 1.5 cups thinly sliced onions ▢ ¼  teaspoon   turmeric powder ▢ ½  teaspoon   kashmiri red chili powder ▢ salt   as per taste ▢ ½  teaspoon   garam masala powder ▢ ½ to 1   teaspoon   dry mango powder   (amchur powder), add as required How to make Karela Sabzi 1. Rinse and then peel 250 grams karela or 5 small to medium sized karela. Wash them in running water. Then chop in small pieces. Remove the seeds while chopping. If the karela is small and tender, then these will have tender seeds and they cannot be removed.  If karela is very bitter , then add some salt on chopped karela pieces.   Chana chilli Ingredients 1   cup   chole/chickpea 1   tsp   salt 1/4   cup   corn flour 2   tsp   oil 1   tsp   ginger 1   tsp   garlic 1   green chilli 1   medium  onion 1/4   cup   capsicum 1/4   cup   red bel pepper 2   tsp   soy sauce 1   tsp   chilli sauce 1   tsp   red chilli sauce 2   tsp   schezwan sauce 2   tsp   tomato ketchup 1   tsp   vinegar spring onion   handful Instructions To prepare chana chilli first, you have to cook chana and for that soak the chana for 6 hours and add it to a pressure cooker with salt and close the lid.  cook until two whistles on high heat and 15 minutes on low heat.  strain it and let it cool.  now add corn flour and mix it well.  drop it in hot oil.  fry on high heat until golden brown and crispy.  now in a pan add oil, ginger, garlic and green chilli and fry it for a minute.  add onion, capsicum, red bell pepper and cook until it becomes soft add soy sauce, chilli sauce, red chilli sauce, schezwan sauce, tomato ketchup and vinegar and mix it

Chilli cheese toast

  Chilli cheese toast Ingredients 4   burger bun tomatoes onion salt cheese slice green chilli chilli flakes oregano Instructions To prepare chilli cheese toast, take a burger bun and pull out the bread from the centre to make a hole.  add tomatoes and onion layer by layer.  add green chilli and salt cover it with a cheese slice.  place it on a baking tray bake it at 180°C/350°F for 8 minutes garnish it with chilli flakes and oregano.  cheesy chilli cheese toast is ready. 

BROCCOLI CHILLI/MANCHURIAN

  Ingredients 1   cup   Broccoli florets   Soak in water with a tbsp of Apple cider vinegar 1   tbsp   Cornflour 1   tsp   Salt 1   tsp   Black Pepper Powder 1   tsp   Chopped Coriander leaves 1   tsp   Each Soy sauce, Tomato Sauce and Chili Sauce 1   tsp   Vinegar 1   cup   Mustard Oil 1   tbsp   Chopped Ginger and garlic 1   Piece   Slit Green Chili 1   tbsp   Chopped Onion Instructions In a container add water and a tsp of apple cider vinegar and put broccoli florets into it. In a container add corn starch, salt and pepper and toss broccoli pieces into it so that it can get applied everywhere. Heat mustard oil and fry them as shown in the image. When they turns golden brown and crisp then remove it from oil and put it on kitchen towel. In another pan and a tbsp of oil, add chopped ginger, garlic, onion and slit green chili. When they turns soft and translucent then add vinegar, soy sauce, tomato sauce and chili sauce. Add fried broccoli and mix them together. Serve it hot.
