Orange Hot Chocolate

  Ingredients - 3   cup   whole milk 0.75   cup   + 1 tablespoon semi-sweet chocolate chips 6 - 9   drops of orange extract 6 - 9   thinly cut orange rind whipped cream   for serving [optional@] Instructions- In a pan on medium heat, whisk together milk and semi-sweet chocolate chips. Add sliced orange rind and keep stirring till chocolate completely dissolves and mixture is smooth. Add orange extract and whisk. Pour hot chocolate into serving glass. Garnish with whipped cream and orange slices.

Carrot Orange Mocktail

Ingredients - 6 carrots 3 orange 1.5 inch ginger 3-6 tsp sugar or honey adjust to taste 1 cup water ice cubes water soda or sparkling Instructions- 1. Wash, peel the carrots and chop them into medium size pieces. Peel and cut the orange and ginger into pieces. 2. Put everything together in a blender along with sugar, water and some ice cubes. Blend until smooth. 3. Strain the mixture, press it with a spatula or spoon to extract the juice completely. Discard the solids. 4. Pour the mixture into glasses till 2/3 full, add soda/sparkling water to fill the remaining glass. 5. Serve chilled.

Non Alcoholic Apple Cider Sangria

  Ingredients - 3 grany smith apple 3 honey crisp apple 3 orange 3 pear 3 pomegranate 2250 ml non alcoholic apple cider 1500 ml sparkling water [I used lemon lime canada dry sparkling seltzer water] 3-6 tablespoons sugar optional Steps-- 1. Chop apple and pear into cubes [with skin on]. Cut orange into slices and peel the pomegranate. Add the chopped fruits to a pitcher (reserve some for garnish). 2. Add apple cider and Canada Dry Sparkling Seltzer Water to the pitcher and stir to combine. You can also add sugar at this point (if using). 3. Place the pitcher in the refrigerator to chill. 4. When apple cider sangria is chilled, pour into serving glasses and garnish with the remaining fruits. Enjoy!

Chocolate Milk shake

  INGREDIENTS- Chilled Milk – 1 cup Chocolate ice cream – 3 scoops Chocolate syrup – 2 tbsp METHOD-  1. Gather the ingredients and I use my whipping blade to make milkshake to make it frothy. Any blender and its blade will work too. 2. Place the ingredients in the blender and whip/ blend well until frothy.

  INGREDIENTS- Badam – 4 Cashew nuts – 4 Pistachios – 10 Dates – 4 Milk, chilled – 1 cup Nutmeg – A pinch Cardamom – 1 METHOD- 1. Soak badam, cashew, pistachios, dates in luke warm water for an hour.peel badam, pista and dates and discard the skin. Transfer the soaked dry fruits to mixer. 2. Add 1/4 cup milk and grind first. 3. Add remaining milk, cardamom, nutmeg and blend well smoothly.

Rose Milk Shake

Equipments-  blender Ingredients-  1 cup milk boiled & chilled 2 tbsp rose syrup 2 scoops vanilla ice cream 1/4 tsp vanilla essence or 1 tsp vanilla extract Instructions-  1. Place milk, rose syrup, vanilla ice cream and vanilla essence in blender. Grind until frothy. 2. Serve immediately. You can top with ice cream and extra syrup if you want.

Strawberry Watermelon Juice

Equipments- blender metal strainer knife spoon Ingredients- 10 strawberries fresh 2 cups watermelon cubed 3 tbsp sugar Instructions- 1. Take out the green part of the strawberries and clean. Place in a blender with sugar. Blend smoothly. 2. Transfer to a metal strainer. Place chopped watermelon in blender and grind smoothly. 3. Strain through metal strainer and mix well. Adjust water, sugar if needed. Serve chilled. Notes- No hard fast rules or measurements for the drink, adjust water, watermelon quantity according to your taste preference.

Dalgona coffee

  Ingredients-  3 tbsp sugar 3 tbsp instant coffee 3 tbsp hot water 1.5 tsp coco powder unsweetened Few drops vanilla 3 cup milk 240-250ml Instructions- 1. Place instant coffee, sugar, coco, vanilla, water in a cup.   2. Using whisk, keep beating the coffee mixture until you get  soft peak. 3. It takes up to 3 minutes when using electric one. 4. To serve: In serving cup, fill with hot milk and top the creamy coffee mixture as a layer. 5. Dust with coco powder if needed. Mix and enjoy.

Cold Coffee

Ingredients-3x 3 tablespoon instant coffee 0.75 cup warm water or 62.5 ml warm water 9 to 12 tablespoon sugar or add as required 6 cups chilled milk or 500 ml chilled milk 18 to 24 ice cubes or as required Steps for making it- 1. In a blender take 1 tbsp instant coffee, 3 to 4 tbsp sugar, add 1/4 cup warm water. 2. Stir very well. To make the shake, I used full cream milk. You can also use skimmed milk or low fat milk. If using skimmed milk or low fat milk, then just reduce the ¼ cup water to about 2 to 3 tbsp. 3. Add the coffee solution in a blender jar. For pics I took coffee+warm water in a bowl. You can directly add both to a blender or mixer jar. 4. Add 3 to 4 tbsp sugar. 5. Blend for a minute or till the coffee solution becomes frothy and the color lightens a bit. 6. Add 6 to 7 ice cubes. For a thick cold coffee, you can reduce the ice cubes from 2 to 4. 7. Pour 2 cups chilled milk. 8. Blend once more till everything is mixed well and you get a nice froth on top. 9. Pour in glass...

Mango Mastani

Ingredients- 3x 9 large mangoes or 700 to 750 grams alphonso mangoes or kesar mangoes or 3 to 3.5 cups chopped mangoes or 3 to 3.5 cups thick mango puree or pulp 4.5 cups full cream chilled milk or 375 ml 6 to 9 tablespoon sugar or add as required 18 to 21 pistachios sliced or chopped 18 to 21 cashews sliced or chopped 18 to 21 almonds - sliced or chopped 12 to 24 scoops of vanilla ice cream or mango ice cream 12 to 18 glazed cherries for decoration (optional) 12 to 18 ice cubes (optional) How To Make Mango Mastani 1. Slice a few dry fruits like pistachios, almonds and cashews. Keep them aside with 4 to 5 glazed cherries. 2. Peel, chop 3 large mangoes and add them to the blender or mixer jar. Instead of fresh mangoes, you can also use mango pulp or puree. About 3 to 3.5 cups of mango pulp or puree can be used. Peach Lemonade Recipe

Ingredients - 3 Fresh Ripe Peaches 1/2 Cup Lemon Juice, freshly squeezed 1/3 Cup Sugar 1/2 Cup Mint Leaves, loosely packed 5 Cups Water Step By Step: - Wash and dice the peaches into small cubes and add them to a pan. Add 1/3 Cup Sugar to the diced peaches. Add 1 cup water to the pan and bring it to a boil.  Add chopped Mint Leaves to the pan. Add Mint Leaves is optional but it does give a nice refreshing taste to the lemonade. Cook the peaches in the water till they become soft. Mash the peaches to a fine pulp using a masher. Use a large sieve to strain the mixture into a bowl. Press the pulp to release as much juice as possible. Squeeze the juice from the lemons and add it to the peach sugar syrup. Add cold water to the mixture. To serve add the mixture to glasses filled with ice cubes and garnish with peach & lemon slice and mint leaves.
