Orange Hot Chocolate

Ingredients-

  • 3 cup whole milk
  • 0.75 cup + 1 tablespoon semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 6-9 drops of orange extract
  • 6-9 thinly cut orange rind
  • whipped cream for serving [optional@]

Instructions-
  • In a pan on medium heat, whisk together milk and semi-sweet chocolate chips.
  • Add sliced orange rind and keep stirring till chocolate completely dissolves and mixture is smooth.
  • Add orange extract and whisk.
  • Pour hot chocolate into serving glass.
  • Garnish with whipped cream and orange slices.
