Oal Ka chokha

 

Ingredients

  • 150 gm Oal/Suran/Elephant Yam/Jimikand
  • 1 tbsp Chopped Onion
  • 1 tsp Chopped Green chilli
  • 1 tsp Chopped coriander leaves
  • ½ tsp Celery seeds
  • ¾ tsp Onion seeds
  • ½ Slice Lemon
  • 1 tsp Salt As per the taste
  • 1 tbsp Mustard oil

Instructions

  • Take oal, wash it well, cut them into pieces and boil them.
  • After boiling strain the water and remove its outer cover.
  • Now transfer the pieces into a container.
  • Add chopped onion, green chilli and chopped coriander leaves.
  • Add lemon juice.
  • Add celery seeds and onion seeds into it.
  • Add salt as per the taste.
  • Add mustard oil into it.
  • Miax it with hand and the recipe is ready to be served.
