Dalgona coffee

 Ingredients- 

  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 3 tbsp instant coffee
  • 3 tbsp hot water
  • 1.5 tsp coco powder unsweetened
  • Few drops vanilla
  • 3 cup milk 240-250ml

Instructions-

1. Place instant coffee, sugar, coco, vanilla, water in a cup.

 

2. Using whisk, keep beating the coffee mixture until you get  soft peak.

3. It takes up to 3 minutes when using electric one.

4. To serve: In serving cup, fill with hot milk and top the creamy coffee mixture as a layer.

5. Dust with coco powder if needed. Mix and enjoy.
