- Badam – 4
- Cashew nuts – 4
- Pistachios – 10
- Dates – 4
- Milk, chilled – 1 cup
- Nutmeg – A pinch
- Cardamom – 1
METHOD-
1. Soak badam, cashew, pistachios, dates in luke warm water for an hour.peel badam, pista and dates and discard the skin. Transfer the soaked dry fruits to mixer.
2. Add 1/4 cup milk and grind first.
3. Add remaining milk, cardamom, nutmeg and blend well smoothly.
