INGREDIENTS FOR ROASTING VEGETABLES: 3 tsp oil 12 cubes paneer / cottage cheese, cubed 2 tbsp almonds / badam, blanched 1 potato / aloo, chopped ½ carrot, chopped ½ cup cauliflower / gobi, florets 4 beans, chopped ¼ cup peas / matar ¼ capsicum, chopped FOR TOMATO PUREE: 2 tomato, chopped 1 inch cinnamon 5 clove 2 pods cardamom 12 almonds / badam, blanched FOR CURRY: 4 tsp oil 1 bay leaf / tej patta 1 tsp cumin / jeera 2 tsp kasuri methi 1 green chilli 1 onion, finely chopped 1 tsp ginger garlic paste ¼ tsp turmeric 1 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder / lal mirch powder 1 tsp coriander powder ½ tsp garam masala 1 tsp salt ½ cup curd / yogurt, whisk ½ cup water 2 tbsp cream / malai 2 tbsp coriander, finely chopped Steps for making it- 1.  firstly, saute 12 cubes  paneer  in 3 tsp of oil, and keep aside 2. in the same oil saute 2 tbsp blanched almonds till    they turn brown.  3. further, add 1 chopped potato, ½ carrot and saute for 3 minutes. 3. also add ½ cup cauliflower, 4 beans and ¼ cu

Bread Pizza

INGREDIENTS FOR PIZZA SAUCE: ¼ cup tomato sauce 1 tsp chilli sauce ½ tsp chilli flakes ½ tsp mixed herbs Other ingredients:  3 slice bread, white or brown capsicum, sliced tomato, sliced onion, sliced sweet corn olives, sliced jalapeno, sliced mozzarella cheese, grated chilli flakes mixed herbs butter, for toasting how to make bread pizza- firstly, in a small bowl take ¼ cup tomato sauce, 1 tsp chilli sauce, ½ tsp chilli flakes and ½ tsp mixed herbs. mix well making sure everything is well combined. pizza sauce is ready. keep aside. take a bread slice and spread 2 tsp of prepared pizza sauce. you can alternatively use store brought pizza sauce. top with few capsicum, tomato, onion, sweet corn, olives and jalapeno. also spread a generous amount of mozzarella cheese. you can use cheese of your choice. now sprinkle, chilli flakes and mixed herbs. place the bread slice over tawa brushed with a generous amount of butter. cover and cook for 2 minutes on low to medium flame until the cheese m

Dahi Sandwich

INGREDIENTS: 2 cups curd / dahi / yogurt, thick ¼ cup eggless mayonnaise 2 tbsp carrot, grated 2 tbsp cabbage, finely chopped ½ tsp pepper, crushed 2 tbsp capsicum, finely chopped 2 tbsp corn, boiled ¼ tsp salt 8 slices bread, white / brown how to make dahi sandwich- firstly, prepare the hung curd by placing a sieve in a large bowl layered with a cloth. pour 2 cups of thick curd and tie tight. alternatively use greek yogurt to skip this step. refrigerate it for 2 hours or till the curd drops off all water and turns thick. after 2 hours, the curd turns thick and creamy. add in ¼  eggless mayonnaise and mix well. further add 2 tbsp carrot, 2 tbsp cabbage, 2 tbsp capsicum, 2 tbsp corn, ½ tsp pepper and ¼ tsp salt. combine well and keep aside.  now cut the sides of 2 bread slices. this is optional, however sandwich taste great. spread 2 tbsp of prepared curd sandwich stuffing. cover with another slice of bread and press gently. finally, cut half and serve dahi sandwich or pack to kids lunc

Paneer Sandwich

INGREDIENTS 1 cup paneer/cottage cheese, grated 2 tbsp carrot, grated 2 tbsp capsicum, chopped 2 tbsp corn, boiled 1 tbsp coriander, finely chopped ¼ tsp kashmiri red chilli powder ¼ tsp cumin powder ¼ tsp salt 2 tbsp tomato sauce 4 slice bread, white / brown 2 tsp  green chutney 2 tsp butter how to make paneer sandwich...  1. firstly, in a large mixing bowl take 1 cup grated paneer.  2. add 2 tbsp carrot, 2 tbsp capsicum, 2 tbsp boiled corn and 1 tbsp coriander. 3. additionally, add ¼ tsp chilli powder, ¼ tsp cumin powder, ¼ tsp salt and 2 tbsp tomato sauce. 4. mix well making sure all the spices are combined well. 5. now spread green chutney over a bread slice. 6. furthermore, spread 2 tbsp of prepared paneer stuffing. 7. cover again with bread slice spread with green chutney. 8. now grill golden or toast on tawa by spreading butter. 9. finally, cut half and serve paneer sandwich recipe.
