Schezwan bread bombs

Ingredients

  • 2 cups potatoes boiled
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp chat masala
  • 2 tbsp schezwan chutney
  • handful coriander leaves
  • white bread
  • bread crumbs

Instructions

  • First add boiled potatoes, salt, chat masala, schezwan chutney, coriander leaves in a bowl. 
  • mix it well
  • take white bread and cut of the sides. 
  • dip it in water. 
  • squeeze and remove the excess water . 
  • add the stuffing. 
  • roll and seal it properly. 
  • roll it in bread crumbs. 
  • now drop it in hot oil. 
  • fry it on high heat until it turns golden brown. 
  • Schezwan bread bomb is ready.
