Aloo Manchurian


Ingredients

For ball preparation

  • 2 Piece Boiled potatoes
  • 3 tbsp Refined flour
  • 1 tbsp Corn starch
  • 1 tsp Black pepper powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Chopped onion
  • 1 tsp Ginger and garlic paste
  • 1 tsp Chopped green chilli
  • 2 tbsp Chopped carrot
  • 1 tsp Chopped beans
  • 1 tsp Chopped coriander leaves
  • 1 tsp Roasted cumin and carrom powder
  • 1 tbsp Kitchen king powder
  • Tbsp Mustard oil

For Gravy

  • 1 tsp Mustard oil
  • 1 tbsp Chopped onion
  • 1 tsp Chopped green chilli
  • 1 tsp Chopped ginger and garlic
  • 1 tbsp Carrot julienne
  • 1 tbsp Capsicum julienne
  • 1 tbsp Chopped beans
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Tomato sauce
  • 1 tbsp Chilli sauce
  • 1 tsp Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Spring onion
  • 1 tbsp Chopped coriander leaves

Instructions

  • Take boiled potatoes peel the cover and put it aside.
  • Take a bowl, add all-purpose flour, corn starch, salt and pepper.
  • Add water and prepare a solution.
  • Take the potatoes add chopped ingredients, salt, roasted cumin powder, kitchen king, ginger and garlic paste.
  • Prepare dough as shown.
  • Balls are ready.
  • Coat it with the solution and fry them.
  • All the balls are ready.
  • In a wok add mustard oil, then add chopped onion and green chillies and fry them.
  • Add rest of the ingredients and stir fry them.
  • Add all the sauces along with veg potato balls.
  • Add chopped spring onion and chopped coriander leaves and the recipe is ready.
