Ingredients
- For Gram Flour Paste:
- 100 gms Gram Flour
- 1/2 Cup Grated Onion
- 1/2 tbsp Fennel Seeds
- 1/2 tbsp Ajwain(Carom Seeds)
- 1/2 tbsp Garam Masala
- 1/2 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1/2 Cup Water
- For Steaming:
- 2 glasses Water
- For Frying the Sabji:
- 1/2 tbsp Cumin Seeds
- 6 tbsp. Mustard oil
- 1/2 tbsp Heeng (Asafoetida)
- 1/2 Cup Grated Onion
- 1/2 tbsp Coriander Powder
- 1/2 tbsp Turmeric Powder
- 1/2 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 5 Arbi ke Patte (Colocasia Leaves)
- 1/2 tbsp Mango Powder
- 1/2 tbsp Garam Masala
- 1 tbsp Fresh Coriander Leaves
