Arbi K Patter Ki Sabji

 

Ingredients


  1. For Gram Flour Paste:
  2. 100 gms Gram Flour
  3. 1/2 Cup Grated Onion
  4. 1/2 tbsp Fennel Seeds
  5. 1/2 tbsp Ajwain(Carom Seeds)
  6. 1/2 tbsp Garam Masala
  7. 1/2 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
  8. 1/2 Cup Water
  9. For Steaming:
  10. 2 glasses Water
  11. For Frying the Sabji:
  12. 1/2 tbsp Cumin Seeds
  13. 6 tbsp. Mustard oil
  14. 1/2 tbsp Heeng (Asafoetida)
  1. 1/2 Cup Grated Onion
  1. 1/2 tbsp Coriander Powder
  2. 1/2 tbsp Turmeric Powder
  3. 1/2 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
  4. 1 tbsp Salt
  5. 5 Arbi ke Patte (Colocasia Leaves)
  6. 1/2 tbsp Mango Powder
  7. 1/2 tbsp Garam Masala
  8. 1 tbsp Fresh Coriander Leaves

Steps                                            

20 Mints.
  1. Take all the ingredients of ' Gram Flour Paste' in a mixing bowl and prepare a nice paste of it.

  2. Now take fresh Arbi Leaves

  3. Apply the Gram flour paste over the Arbi leaves roll this like given in the pictures.

  4. Take a vessel, fill it half with water(2 Glass), place a Stainless Steel Net lid over it.

  5. Place the rolled Arbi leaves over lid and cover the Arbi leaves nicely with a plate.

  6. Steam the Arbi leaves from both sides for 5-5 minutes on Medium flame.

  7. Cut these steamed Arbi leaves with the help of the knife as shown in pictures.

  8. For Frying these Arbi leaves Rolls, Take a pan, heat oil and then put, cumin seeds, Ajwain and grated onion, cook them for 5 mints. And then add the Arbi Rolls.

  9. Cook it for 5 mints. On medium flame, add Mango Powder, Garam Masala and fresh coriander leaves and then add water after some time switch off the flame. Arbi Ke Patte ki Sabji is Ready.
