Bread Sattu Flour Cutlet-

Ingredients-

  • White Bread
  • Bread crumbs
For sattu mixture-
  • Sattu flour – 1/2 cup
  • Onion – 1
  • Green chilli – 2
  • Lemon – 1
  • Coriander leaves, chopped – 3 tbsp
  • Ginger, finely chopped – 1 tsp
  • Garlic, finely chopped – 1 tsp
  • Mango pickle or amchoor powder – 1/2 tsp
  • Ajwain/ carom seeds – 1 tsp

Steps for making it--

1.  You can prepare stuffing, In a mixing bowl, take sattu flour, chopped onion, coriander leaves, green chilli, ginger, garlic, ajwain, lemon juice and pickle/ amchoor powder. Add lemon juice and sprinkle one or two tsp of water to make the stuffing soft.
2. take white bread and cut of the sides.   
3. dip it in water. 
4. squeeze and remove the excess water . 
5. add the stuffing. 
6. Roll and seal it properly. 
7. Roll it in bread crumbs. 
8. Now drop it in hot oil. 
9. Fry it on high heat until it turns golden brown.
