Dry fruits rava dosa-
Ingredients
- ½ cup Semolina/ rava
- ¼ cup Rice flour
- ¼ cup All purpose flour/ Maida
- 5 Cashew nuts
- 10 Almond
- 3 Dates – 3
- 2 tbsp Tutti frutti – 2 tbsp
- 1 tbsp Raisin – 1 tbsp
- 1 Green chilli – 1
- ½ tsp Black pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
- ½ tsp Cumin seeds – 1/2 tsp
- 1 tbsp Coriander leaves chopped
- 1 Curry leaves sprig
- Salt – As needed
- Oil or ghee – As needed for making dosa
Instructions-
2. The batter should be on runny side.Heat tawa and grease with ghee or oil. Pour the batter first around the edge and then fill it.
3. Cook in medium flame until crisp and golden. No need to flip.Drizzle with more ghee or oil if desired.
