Mysore Ghee Pak

 

Ingredients

  • 1 cup besan/gram flour
  • 1 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 cup ghee

Instructions

1. To prepare ghee mysore pak first sieve the besan and add it to the bowl.

2. now add sugar and water in a pan. 

3. heat it until one string consistency. 

4. add the besan and mix it well. 

5. add ghee gradually and mix continuously. 

6. transfer it to a container. 

7. spread it evenly and make it smooth. 

8. let it set for 30 minutes. 

9. loosen the edges and cut it. 

10. ghee mysore pak is ready.
