Nutella Bombs-

Ingredient-

  • Milk- 1 cup
  • Vinegar- 1 tablspn
  • Nutella
  • Maida- 1(1/4) 
  • Powder Sugar- 4 tablspn
  • Baking Soda- 1/2 tablspn
  • Baking Powder- 2 tablspn
  • Vanilla essence- 1 tablspn
  • Salt- a pinch
  • Water
  • Butter Melted- 2 tablspn
  • Oil 

Method-

1. Take a cup of milk and add vinegar. Then mix well. 
2. Take a bowl, add maida, powdered sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt and mix it well.
3. Add the prepared mixture, melted butter and mix it well. 
4. Add vanilla essences or water. Now make a batter consistensy. 
5. Take a appe maker. Apply oil on it. Put half mixture on it and add Nutella.
6. Now we should fully cover the Nutella with the rest of the mixture. Brush with the oil. 
7. Now we cook it on medium heat. After sometime flip it. 
8. Again brush with oil and cook another side on medium heat. 
9. Check till both sides are cooked well. Then served it.
